Triboulet rewards played Kings and Queens with X2 Mult each, so concentrate those ranks and choose hands that score several of them together. It is a legendary payoff, not a deck fixer: edit toward Kings and Queens, preserve them through discards, and make each scored card matter. Its ceiling becomes extreme once the deck reliably presents multiple face cards.

Triboulet has no Joker-board direction, but the played row should contain as many Kings and Queens as the hand allows. A concrete line is to lead with a King, add Queens and other Kings to finish the hand, then let Sock and Buskin retrigger every eligible card. Keep Blueprint and Brainstorm arranged around their own targets rather than moving Triboulet unnecessarily.

Sock and Buskin retriggers every played face card, making each Triboulet-triggering King or Queen fire again. Hanging Chad adds extra repeats to the first played card, while Brainstorm can copy a completed Triboulet engine. Pareidolia makes every card a face card but does not turn them into Kings or Queens, so it helps some support cards without satisfying Triboulet itself.

There is rarely a reason to reject Triboulet on raw power, but do not assume it instantly saves an unedited deck. If the next blind requires immediate score and you have almost no Kings or Queens, use other resources to survive while beginning the rank plan. Avoid deleting all non-face utility before the deck can function consistently.

The key misconception is that any face card activates Triboulet. Only played Kings and Queens do. Do not count held Kings, random Jacks, or Pareidolia-created face status as its trigger. Another error is spreading ranks too broadly; the card rewards a concentrated played-card deck and deliberate retrigger order.

Treat the current in-game tooltip as the source of truth: patches, platform versions, and mods can change values, availability, or interactions. This rating is editorial rather than permanent; it weighs copy value, scaling ceiling, route stability, and required setup. When a version changes, the tooltip is checked before strategy notes and tiers are revised.
